CASA-NYC's Annual Luncheon

Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children plays a crucial role in assisting New York City's overburdened Family Court to meet the needs of the city's most vulnerable children.

CASA-NYC’s mission is to ensure that young people involved in the NYC child welfare system have their needs met and rights protected, and that children in foster care are moved quickly into safe, stable, nurturing and permanent homes – with their families of origin whenever possible.

Nurturing a long-term relationship with CASA-NYC, Wingo has planned and executed annual luncheon events over the past several years, raising critical funds to fuel CASA’s work with children, youth, and families in the NYC child welfare system.
