If you are a small organization with few or no fundraising staff, or a large organization looking to launch an individual or major donor fundraising program, the Wingo team can step in and work with your staff, board and donors to make this goal a reality. 

Our staff will take you through a 6-month program that will get your organization up to speed with best practices in fundraising; provide you with a beautiful new toolkit of case materials; give you the confidence and skills to tackle personal and organizational barriers to fundraising, including your board; and help you create and launch an individual giving and donor communication that’s right for your organization.

Our six-month, hands-on intervention has clear deliverables, giving you the tools you need to launch a successful individual fundraising program with an emphasis on major gifts. Here’s what you’ll get:

We will meet with you weekly to get the work done and provide much-needed development therapy. We will also attend board and development committee meetings to inspire the troops and get everyone on the same page.

The cost of the six-month engagement averages $42,000, depending on the scope of the work, which can also include add-ons, such as:
